The duo highlighted that FSPHub complements rather than replaces existing systems, focusing on CRM, document management, and regulatory compliance including COFI requirements.

They stressed the importance of customisable workflows that allow FSPs to maintain their unique culture while achieving operational efficiency. With over 3,000 users (30% over 45 years old), they demonstrated strong adoption across demographics. Barrett emphasised their open architecture approach and API integrations with policy administration systems, reducing double capture. Both speakers advocated for viewing AI as "automation intelligence" rather than artificial intelligence, focusing on practical efficiency gains that free advisors for relationship-focused work.
